She tells me to call the home office...way to loud and hot...a complete lack of effort empathy or concern. No follow up no nothing, if I didn't have to have insurance they would be out of business. 25 years and probly 10.000 worth of nothing, oh and I had to pay the tow up frount!!!!!!!!!"
