"I am extremely disappointed with this insurance company. I had been with them since 2020 and had bough every policy under the sun with them.When I needed them the most, they were nowhere to be found. Their customer service was nonexistent, before then they had always been friendly and fast to respond. To make matters worse, I did not have the coverage that I had specifically requested. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me when I was already in a vulnerable position. On top of all that, it was clear that the staff had no idea what they were doing. They were constantly giving me conflicting information and seemed completely clueless about how to handle my situation. I would strongly advise anyone considering this insurance company to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, and clearly have no regard for their customers. Avoid at all costs."

"So I was broken down on the side of the road heading back to Richland just before the bridge. I call the company, given its 110 and it 70 mph there and I am 64. She tells me to call the home office...way to loud and hot...a complete lack of effort empathy or concern. No follow up no nothing, if I didn't have to have insurance they would be out of business. 25 years and probly 10.000 worth of nothing, oh and I had to pay the tow up frount!!!!!!!!!"

"I have had State Farm for years and never had a problem until I bought my new car in April. Since then they have messed up over and over again and have me paying for their mistakes. When I got my car, I called and asked for a rate BEFORE purchasing. I was given a rate. Then I was sent a statement almost $100 MORE than what I was told. So I called to ask why. The lady said they messed up and that it was not accurate but that my bill would be less. A month later I get another statement AGAIN much more than what I was told and so I call again. The lady apologized because they messed up again and apparently told me the wrong price. another month passes and they realize they had given me the wrong amount AGAIN! So they started charging me $330 a month to make up for the money they did not charge me for before because THEY messed up. I called over and over asking for prices and was given a different number, and charged a different amount every single time. They “fixed” it and now my statement came in at $50 more a month than what they originally told me when they supposedly fixed it and they refuse to charge me the price they had told me it would be. I will be calling corporate because this place is horrible and clearly don’t know what they’re doing."
